In 2007, GSSC Inc. (d.b.a. Magnum Venus Plastech) purchased closed mould equipment manufacturer Plastech T.T. in the UK. Following the purchase, this wholly owned subsidiary became Magnum Venus Plastech Ltd (MVP Ltd), functioning as the Closed Mould Division.
During the course of the recent recession, MVP and its affiliates began to make changes to its infrastructure, moving and consolidating operations in the US, and the next stage will now take effect.
Magnum Venus Plastech will now provide all goods and services previously provided by MVP Ltd from the MVP Technology Center, in Kent, Washington, USA.
