UK composite materials distributor CMS is a wholly owned subsidiary of US headquartered resin manufacturer AOC LLC, and this name change will re-enforce the AOC name in the UK market.
AOC (UK) Ltd will continue to distribute all its other product lines, giving a total service to the UK composites industry. Products offered include: unsaturated polyester resins and gel-coats, reinforcements, tooling and surface coatings, release agents, and core materials.
