3A Composites Core Materials says that its AIREX T92 core now contains recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles as raw materials.
The company says that the reformulated core has the same properties, meets all performance requirements including superior resin uptake.
‘AIREX T92 is the first PET foam core based on recycled bottles, that achieves the high performance of its virgin version,’ said Eric Gauthier, CEO of 3A Composites Core Materials.
