The SAMPE Bridge Contest allows students to design, build, and test a miniature structural bridge using various composite materials and then compete with other students in a testing event held at the annual SAMPE International Symposium & Exhibition.
The 2012 Bridge Contest will take place on 23 May at SAMPE 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
Zyvax Inc is providing all the mould release systems required to prepare the moulds again this year.
SAMPE has hosted the competition for the past 14 years. Last year, 57 teams from 15 universities and colleges entered the competition.
