Toho Tenax, the core company of the Teijin Group's carbon fibres business, is taking part in the annual exhibition for the eighth consecutive year. Toho Tenax set up a subsidiary in Shanghai in January 2003.
The Toho Tenax booth at China Composites Expo 2009 (the 15th China International Composites Industrial Technical Expo) will feature the company's PAN-based carbon fibre Tenax® and showcase applications such as wind turbine blades, construction and civil engineering materials, and pressure vessels.
China Composites Expo is China's largest exhibition for the composites industry. The 2009 show takes place in Shanghai on 2-4 September.
