It is reportedly one of the companies named in the TOP 100 awards, run by consultant compamedia, for SME companies.
ThermHex was considered innovative due to its flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, regular team meetings and open-door policy, the company said.
This is the first time ThermHex has received the award for the first time.
