Global RTM says that it will focus on high efficiency processes for RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and turnkey production systems for out-of-autoclave composites processing equipment for the aerospace industry, and in particular for complex parts.
Global RTM is a private company, headquartered in Bellignat, France with 280 employees. The company says that it is able to leverage the resources of the four industrial partners. The company has been created following many years of collaboration and ten successful projects. Global RTM has two assembly plants – one in France (Chalon-sur-Saône) and one in Germany (Zernien, near Hamburg).
Global RTM adds that the strategic alliance between the partners means that it can offer RTM processing lines with integrated process steps and various technological modules. These include ply preparation, preforming, tool preparation, injection and forming, post-curing and finishing. The company builds the core modules at each partner’s location and then integrates, tests and commissions the complete production in one of the Global RTM facilities.
