The growing Indian composites market

“We are excited about our partnership with the Scott Bader Group," says Jitendra Vora, Chairman and Managing Director of Satyen Polymers, a manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, synthetic adhesives and coatings.

"Our complete range of gel-coats will cater to requirements in the fast developing Indian composite market, which has seen significant domestic and export related growth. As the Indian composite market matures, the performance demands of raw materials and end products are bound to increase. We are now well placed to meet these requirements.”

This joint venture is part of Scott Bader's strategic plan to develop its gel-coat business in regions of the world where it does not have its own manufacturing facilities.
