The HexPly Nature Range can be used to make parts for automotive, winter sports, marine and wind energy applications, the company said.
The material has been tested by TÜV Austria to assess its bio-content making it easier to compare with other products.
"Marine, winter sports, wind energy and automotive manufacturers can now have the choice to switch from petroleum-based material solutions to Hexcel HexPly Nature Range with no compromise in performance or process efficiency," said Claude Despierres, VP at Hexcel.
