Scott Bader opens Croatian lab

Scott Bader has opened a laboratory at its manufacturing site in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.

The €195,000 facility has been installed for the company’s Croatian-based chemists make new products, the company said.

It is reportedly part of Scott Bader’s plan to become “a fully sustainable company with a net positive impact on the environment” by 2036.

“Our team look forward to putting the new lab to good use in our strive for sustainable product developments,” said Tina Buhin, Scott Bader Croatia site director.

Scott Bader Croatia was established in early 2007 and makes polyester, vinyl ester, alkyd for central and Eastern Europe markets.
