Scott Bader has opened a new adhesive facility in Northamptonshire, UK, not far from its headquarters.

According to the company, this will improve existing adhesive production provision and help meet growing international demand for its structural adhesives.

“Improving production was key to meeting our market demands but sustainability was also at the heart of the decision and this investment will help us to make improvements in this area too,” said Deklyn Barnes, adhesive product manager.

Scott Bader recently invested US$16m in a third North American site and now runs seven manufacturing plants and 17 offices worldwide.
