MFG CP manufactured two-piece column forms to be used in the third Trade Centre building reconstruction. The forms made from fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) are 48 inches and 60 inches in diameter and range from 1 ft to 8 ft tall, allowing the architects and construction worker to make concrete columns of various heights.

The FRP column moulds can be easily moved by hand from floor to floor due to their low weight. The moulds are easily closed and concrete is poured into the closed mould. On the inside wall of the mould there is a gel-coated surface giving the concrete columns a smooth finish that needs no further work.

MFG CP manufactures a complete range of one-piece round column forms (RCFs), dome and pan forms for one-way and two-way joint slab floors, and custom forms for cast-in-place concrete construction applications. Made of glass reinforced thermoset composites, MFG concrete forms can significantly reduce finishing costs and are re-usable.
