UK-based distributor Easy Composites has established a new European subsidiary, following the UK’s departure from the European Union (EU).

The company decided to expand its operations with a physical presence inside the EU to overcome delays and complications following Brexit and provide a ‘better than ever’ service to customers in mainland Europe, according to group sales director, Matthew Statham.

The new facility, based in Rijen, The Netherlands, will feature a demonstration room of the company’s range of composites process equipment, including curing ovens and degassing systems, which it manufactures at its main site in the UK. Composites training courses will also be offered.

Easy Composites has also launched an EU website that shows live stock levels at the EU warehouse and offers real-time calculation of shipping for parcel and pallet deliveries to all mainland EU countries.
