The new 15,000 ft2 building will act as a fulfilment center for the company’s composite products. According to Easy Composites, it has the largest stockholding of full-spectrum composite materials and equipment in the UK, with over £2 mn of stock on the shelf at any time.
It will also allow the company’s manufacturing operations to fully occupy the original building, which could double its carbon fiber sheet production capacity and create new product lines such as ovens, control electronics and ultrasonic systems, Easy Composites said.
