Its products include sonar bow domes (in service with navies worldwide) and radomes to protect radar and communications equipment, and aerospace interior assemblies.

The Tods executive team will be integrated into AGC Composites & Aerostructures and do business as Tods Composite Solutions, an AGC Aerospace & Defense Company.
