Tooling material can produce stable molds

Soul Composites, based in the U.S.A., has launched a two-part composite tooling material which it says can produce high-quality, dimensionally stable molds in less than 24 hours.

Guru is a ceramic-based two-part tooling material compromised of a co-polymer resin. It is dimensionally stable with a CTE of 6 x 10-6 in/in/°F and is suitable for high temperature, high pressure processing up to 450°F and 150 PSI for prototype molds, light production molds, plugs and trim fixtures.
