The company says that these products have purity, long-lasting chemical stability and improved resistance to high temperatures and plasma, making them suitable for use in the semiconductor industry.
Solvay has also formed a joint venture with Shinsol Advanced Chemicals to develop electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide near Tainan, a city on Taiwan’s southwest coast. It is scheduled to begin operations in 2023.
