According to Solvay, its KetaSpire polyether ether ketone (PEEK) and AvaSpire polyaryletherketone (PAEK) engineering thermoplastics have high heat resistance, retaining their thermal stability at temperatures of up to 315°C and long-term thermal oxidation stability at up to 240°C. They also have improved chemical and fatigue resistance.
Solvay has appointed Biesterfeld to distribute its KetaSpire and AvaSpire products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, except for Italy.
