The certification, which demonstrates that products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements, was withdrawn from the company’s plant in Nagoya, Japan in July 2022.
The plant makes composite materials for aerospace and automotive applications.
“Toray will continue to make every effort to reacquire the certification for other activities that was withdrawn on July 12, 2022, at its Nagoya Plant and Chiba Plant at the earliest possible date,” the company said.
