Reichhold increases prices of vinyl ester resins in North America

The price increase of US$0.09/lb is effective for all orders shipped on, or after, 7 June.

“Global shortages of key raw materials used for production of vinyl ester resins have resulted in rapidly escalating costs, which can no longer be absorbed”, says Al Naser, Reichhold commercial vice president, Composites North America.

This vinyl ester price increase from Reichhold follows similar announcements from Ashland and AOC.

Reichhold, headquartered in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA, manufactures unsaturated polyester resins and supplies coating resins for the industrial, transportation, building and construction, marine, consumer and graphic arts markets.
