The private equity fund manager specialising in renewable energy and buyouts in turnaround situations acquired the wind farm shares from Infigen Energy Ltd of Australia.
Alexandre Labouret, Partner of Platina Partners, says: “We are delighted with this opportunity to acquire part of one of France’s largest operational wind farms. Having exited our previous French wind farm investments at the end of 2007, we have been seeking the right opportunity to reinvest in what we see as one of the key European renewable energy markets, offering an excellent support regime.”
