New European anti-dumping procedure on glass fibre fabrics from China

The complaint was lodged by the Glass Fibre Defence Coalition (GFFDC), an organisation representing EU producers of certain woven and/or stitched glass fibre fabrics.

The products under investigation are “fabrics of woven or stitched or woven and stitched continuous filament glass fibre rovings, excluding products which are impregnated or pre-impregnated (pre-preg), and excluding open mesh fabrics with cells with assize of more than 1.8 mm in both length and width and weighing more than 35 g/m².

The European Commission invites all interested parties to contact them within 15 days of the publication of the notice (28 July 2011).

The European Composites Industry Association (EuCIA) was notified of this action and nominated as interested party in the proceedings.
