EuCIA and EuPC believe anti-dumping measures combined with existing high glass fibre prices and market shortage of glass fibre will be detrimental to European manufacturers of composites products. They believe small companies will not be able to absorb price increases and several composites applications will suffer heavy loses. They warn that the competitiveness of the composites sector will be seriously affected.
