The company says that it has already worked with the center on various research and development (R&D) programs, including automation projects for the aerospace industry and most recently a robotic distributed automatic cutting system (DACS) for the construction industry.
“Robotics and automation are critical technologies that will help the UK solve its productivity challenges,” said Ben Morgan, research director for the AMRC. “Loop Technology is at the forefront of the UK response to that challenge, specifically in the high value sectors such as aerospace.”
