Gurit, a global manufacturer of composite materials, has signed a distribution agreement with Barracuda Advanced Composites as its distributor for non-wind applications.
This agreement comprises Gurit’s range of prepregs and adhesives for the marine and industrial markets in Brazil.
‘Barracuda is well-established in Brazil and their experience in the marine and industrial sectors will help us to further develop our presence in the Brazilian market,’ said Stefan Gautschi, general manager Gurit Composite Materials.
‘The association with Gurit and the company’s experience in long life prepreg and adhesives will open up a new growing market in Brazil for marine and industrial applications during the next decade,’ said Jorge Nasseh, Barracuda Composites CEO.
