There were 280 exhibitors from 26 countries at the event.
A feature of the show was the Compocity, a 'composites city' developed by the Latin American Composite Materials Association (ALMACO) to illustrate the many applications of composite materials. (See 'Composites city' on show at Brazilian exhibition.)
Another highlight of Feiplar Composites & Feipur 2012 was the technical lecture programme, and for the first time, SAMPE held a conference in Latin America.
The next Feiplar show will be held in November 2014.
