Exova Group plc, a global testing, calibration and advisory services provider, has acquired Insight NDT Limited (Insight), a South Yorkshire, UK based non-destructive testing (NDT) and radiographic inspection business.
Insight has a team of 20 specialists and achieved revenues of around £2 million in 2015.
