Sicomin says that it plans to showcase a range of its epoxy systems at JEC World 2019, taking place from 11–14 March 2019 in Paris, France.

This includes the company’s new PB 360 GS bio foaming epoxy, part of the GreenPox Bio based epoxy systems range.

The 37% bio-based carbon system allows for the ‘in situ’ production of a shaped low-density epoxy foam core and reportedly offers good adhesion to a variety of materials and low water absorption. It is suitable for foam cored components with lightweight glass, carbon or natural fiber laminates, such as sporting goods, paddles and surfboards with complex shaped cores.
