Diab Group and SKAPS Ltd India, a supplier of glass fiber fabrics, have formed a partnership to manufacture polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foam to support a growing demand for core materials in the Indian wind industry.
According to the companies, the partnership agreement includes a joint investment in a 6000 m2 PET foam production plant in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Diab and SKAPS plan to begin supplying the local Indian market already in Q1 2021.
