The use of Swedish company Oxeon's TeXtreme spread tow carbon fabrics makes the sticks lighter than ever before, with higher impact resistance than other carbon materials available.

TeXtreme technology uses carbon fibre that is spread into very thin tapes and the tapes are then woven into a fabric. By spreading the fibre the TeXtreme carbon material has less crimp, straighter fibres and more fibres in a given volume. This improves performance, and reduces the amount of resin needed, which minimises weight.

“TeXtreme gives us the possibility to make thinner laminates, reduce the weight and improve mechanical performance," explains Joep Paumen, brand manager for Brabo Hockey. "The advantages are allowing us to place the swing weight exactly at a position which will help you to play better!”

The three different models available in the Brabo Hockey TeXtreme® series are called TeXtreme® F1, TeXtreme® F2 and TeXtreme® F3.
