The agreement centralises the management of Ashland Performance Materials’ third-party carriers and warehouses in Europe with De Rijke. The agreement includes Ashland’s full line of polyester, vinyl ester, and acrylic resins, premium gelcoats, low-profile additives, and specialty adhesives.

Full implementation of the logistics services agreement is expected to take two to three months in order to fully transition to the new logistics services provider.
Ashland Performance Materials is a unit of Ashland Inc supplying unsaturated polyester and epoxy vinyl ester resins, gelcoats, adhesives and metal casting consumables and design services.
