AOC has announced a price increase for all gel coats and pigments of US$0.05/lb and CAN$0.14/kg (in Canada) for all shipments after 1 September 2017.
This action is due to recent increases in critical raw materials including titanium dioxide, neopentyl glycol, and isophthalic acid, along with cumulative increases in other raw materialsm the company said. ‘AOC’s global purchasing resources continue to work diligently with our vendors to ensure adequate supply of competitively sourced raw materials to take care of our customers’ needs,’ it added in a press release.
