Its RP570 FR eXpress cure material is reportedly demoldable after five minutes at 160°C. While it has been designed for snap cure press molding, it can also be used in conventional autoclave molding with up to 50% less time required, PRF said.
The prepreg has been tested to Federal Aviation Requirements 25.853 Appendix F Part 1, AITM 2.0007 and 3.0005, UL94 V1 and FMVS Standard No.302.
