Speakers confirmed for FPPC conference

Composites UK has confirmed the Keynote Speakers for its three-day peer reviewed international academic conference on fiber reinforced composites.

The confirmed speakers for Fibre Polymer Composites in Construction (FPCC) include:

  • Su Taylor, Dean of Research for the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Science and Professor of Structural Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast.
  • Samir Dirar, Structural Engineering Professor at the University of Birmingham.
  • Neil Appleton, market development lead for construction at the National Composites Centre, will also join the program providing an industry perspective.

The conference will be held at the University of Southampton, UK between 7–9 September 2021.

Composites UK is now inviting potential speakers to submit an abstract, limited to 250 words, with a deadline of 27 November 2020.
