SGL Group has also developed continuous carbon fiber tow for fiber-reinforced thermoplastics and SIGRAPREG prepreg with a newly developed transparent resin system, suitable for visible components in the automotive and other sectors. The use of this prepreg in combination with the SIGRATEX design fabric produces components with improved high surface quality and appearance.
