Scott Bader has appointed Paul Smith as its non-executive chairman. Scott Bader’s current executive chairman, Kevin Matthews, will remain as CEO of Scott Bader.

Smith is currently executive chairman of Duranta Energy Limited, a food waste to biogas plant in the UK and has over 45 years’ experience in chemistry-based businesses.
