The Academy will run on 22-26 October at SAE International's Automotive Headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.
It will provide an overview of different composite materials in terms of material types such as carbon, glass and natural fibres, but the focus will be on carbon fibre processes and applications. Participants will learn about composites terminology, quality issues, costs and automotive market needs.
