Chemicals company Sabic has acquired a 24.99% stake in Clariant. The acquisition of the share, which was previously held by investors White Tale and 40 North, makes Sabic the largest Clariant shareholder.
Sabic is a major global chemical company and is a partner of Clariant in the catalyst joint venture Scientific Design.
