Ester is an Indian producer of polyester films, engineering plastics and special polymers. The acquisition includes compound lines, R&D laboratories, customer/supplier contracts, and a production plant in Gujarat, India, which will become operational at the beginning of 2023.
RadiciGroup now aims to achieve annual sales in the Indian market of more than €50 million.
