Quickstep Holdings Limited, an Australian manufacturer of carbon fibre composite components, has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) for future collaboration with Triumph Group, which makes aerospace structures, systems, and components, headquartered in the US.
The companies plan to pursue new business opportunities from customers in the US and Australian defense and aerospace markets. ‘By working together, we expect to gain a mutual benefit that is greater than working independently and this will enable us to jointly offer better value solutions to our respective customers in both Australia and the US,’ said Ian Reason, vice president at Triumph.
