According to the company, the move will help it extend its North American presence and reinforce its production capacity, the company said.
"Demand has grown to the point where, for the past couple of years, we’ve had to refuse orders due to a lack of production capacity,” said Bernard Drouin, CEO of Pultrall. “The acquisition of Fiberglass Innovations is a strategic decision that perfectly aligns with our growth strategy. Besides increasing our production capacity, this acquisition allows our company to supply an American-made product that meets American trade regulations.”
The companies also plan to “facilitate collaboration and sharing of resources and ideas”, according to a press release.
