Polynt has increased the price of its unsaturated polyester resins and gelcoats by 200€/t on and vinyl esters resins by 300€/t, starting from December 2021.
‘Since the beginning of the year, the supply chain has been affected by an impressive number of force majeure and logistical hiccups which have resulted in a sharp increase in costs, the company said. ‘This situation, still plagued by persistent logistical problems, was recently hit by an unprecedented increase of energy complex cost having as consequence the escalation of the prices of the main raw materials in Europe.
