The organizers of the 13th World Pultrusion Conference have reported a successful event, with more than 120 participants from a total of 24 European and non-European countries such as South Africa, India, Japan and USA attending.

The event, which took place in Prague, the Czech Republic, from 3–4 March, was organized by the European Pultrusion Technology Association (EPTA). It takes place every two years in a different European country that plays a significant role in the pultrusion industry. The EPTA was founded in 1989 and is under the umbrella of the AVK, the German composites association.

During the conference, more than 20 international speakers reported about market developments in Europe, China and India. The next World Pultrusion Conference will take place in 2018, during the week before the JEC World Show in Paris.
