Composites equipment specialist iSpecc Limited has a signed a contract to become the UK distributor for Pinette PEI, which makes press systems and hot drape formers. The company’s QSP quilted stratum process, reportedly allows a one-minute cycle time of net shape composite parts. Pinette also makes metal brake and shear presses under the Jean Perrot brand.
‘Productivity in lightweight product manufacturing either in small series or large volume is a must for our markets,’ said Jerome Hubert, PEI president and CEO. ‘Pinette PEI wants to serve the UK market with a partner close to customers.’
