Arburg’s Polish subsidiary has appointed Konrad Szymczak as its new MD.
He succeeds Dr Slawomir Sniady, who established and expanded Arburg Polska and has now retired after 25 years, the company said.
Szymczak was previously MD of the Polish subsidiary of a German family-owned company.
‘The Polish market is very well balanced. Strong industries include medical technology and packaging, but also automotive, white goods and electrical/electronics,’ Arburg said in a press release.
