GRP Solutions Ltd and advanced composite experts Andrew Pointon and Michael Stevenson have formed Total Composite Solutions (TCS) Ltd, a UK-based composite service, solutions and product distribution business.
The new business will use the combined business and distribution expertise from the two entities and will focus on providing market development, technical and engineering support along with product distribution within the resin, adhesives, fiber and prepreg markets.
GRP Solutions Ltd will continue to focus on its current core business activities, the company said.
