Specialty chemicals group Lanxess has appointed Jacques Perez as its new country representative of in the United Kingdom, and managing director of Lanxess Holding UK. Born in France, Perez has been country representative and managing director of the company’s Indian office since May 2014.
Lanxess has approximately 350 employees in the UK, with five production sites in Baxenden, Branston, Deeside, Sudbury and Trafford Park, Manchester.
Perez follows Kim O'Connor, who will retire on 31 October 2018 after more than 40 years with Lanxess and Bayer.
