Hexcel Corporation says that it has completed its acquisition of ARC Technologies LLC, a supplier of custom radio frequency/electromagnetic Interference and microwave absorbing composite materials for military, aerospace and industrial applications.
According to the company, the acquisition will strengthen its existing materials portfolio in structural composites and thermoplastics and providing new opportunities for growth and market penetration.
