Gurit says that it has closed the divestment of all shares in the company’s PVC production site in Qingdao, China.
The company says that it has decided to focus core materials manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific region on styreneacrylonitrile (SAN), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and balsa wood at its existing production facility in Tianjin, China.
All shares have been sold to Zhengyu Sunshine Industrial Co Ltd for an undisclosed purchase price.
