The company was recognized for its OptiCore design engineering software for wind turbine blade manufacture, which is currently in development.
According to the company, the software can make it easier to reduce amount of resin required when designing a blade, resulting in reduced cost and weight savings.
“We are proud to have received this nomination and such positive feedback on the OptiCore project,” said Simon Kristoffersen, senior expert at Gurit.
